Abstract
Evidence of systemic involvement in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) associated with vision loss include the presence of rapidly progressive glomerular nephritis, with necrotizing glomerular tufts, alveolar hemorrhage, or interstitial pneumonia. Here, we report bilateral loss of vision associated with ANCA myeloperoxidase in a patient with saddle nose deformity without other typical evidence of systemic involvement in the lungs, ears, kidneys, and skin.
